What exactly is ReviewFlow AI?

A complete review and reputation management web app delivered as source code. It includes a ratings dashboard, a review inbox with filters, sentiment analysis, AI-drafted replies and SMS/email review-request messages.

Who is it for?

Developers launching a review SaaS, agencies and freelancers building tools for local-business clients, and small businesses with technical help who want their own review dashboard.

What do I receive?

A ZIP with the full React + TypeScript source code, a buyer guide (setup, customization, deployment and connecting a real AI) and a standard commercial license.

Is it a subscription?

No. It's a one-time payment of $49 through Gumroad, and you download the files right away. There's no hosted service. You run and deploy the app yourself.

Do I need an OpenAI or Claude API key?

No. It works fully in demo mode with template-based replies and keyword-based sentiment. You can connect a real AI model later by following the buyer guide. Keep API keys on a server, never in front-end code.

What do I need to set it up?

Node.js 20.19+ (or 22.12+) and a code editor. Run npm install and npm run dev, then npm run build when you're ready to deploy.

Does it pull reviews from Google, Yelp or Facebook?

Not automatically. Those platforms require their own API access and approval. You add reviews in the app, and the code is structured so you can add an integration.

Can I use it for client projects or rebrand it?

Yes. You can rebrand everything and use it for your own business or for clients (one end product per client). You may not resell or share the source code itself as a template.

What about refunds and support?
